Returns & Exchanges

At MOVE Bumpers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
